First Pictures From Inside San Diego's "Bomb Factory"

Yesterday authorities released the first pictures coming from inside the so called "San Diego Bomb Factory", which is actually a $400,000 home owned by 54-year-old George Jakubec. Pictures from inside the house show suspected explosive devices in different stages of assembly. On the kitchen counter you see what appears to be jars filled with the highly explosive chemical HMTD and molds for home-made grenades and detonators.

These pictures where shown to neighbors Tuesday at a impromptu town hall meeting where Nick Vent of the San Diego County Haz Mat Team explained to residents of the community that burning down Jakubec's house is the only safe way have rendering the bomb materials harmless, as there is absolutely no safe way of removing such a large quantity of highly sensitive explosives without endangering many lives.

Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger of California is expected to declare a state of emergency soon for San Diego County so that law enforcement officials don't have to  adhere to certain environmental regulations which could seriously delay the burning of the house.

Officials also announced on Tuesdays that the planned burn day for the house will be on or about Wednesday Dec 8th.
