Since that day federal, state and local law enforcement personal have been combing through Jakubec's home trying to locate all the explosive material that may be present on the property. To date officials have found approximately nine pounds of explosive material, including a large amount of hexamethylene triperoxide diamine, or HMTD.
HMTD by the way is the same material that "Underwear Bomber" Umar Farouk Abdulmutallab had sewn into his underwear last December when he flew on Northwest Airlines Flight 253, en route from Amsterdam to Detroit, Michigan, on December 25, 2009, it is also the same material found in the bombs that where constructed around printer cartridges found in Britain and Dubai and set off a massive search for packages mailed from Yemen and shipped via Federal Express and UPS.
All that information in itself is scary, yet so many of us think something like this won't happen where we live, however this bomb factory being run by Jakubec happens to be only 32.2 miles from my own home from my front door to his front door, think about it, it is conceivable that George Jakubec have actually ran into each other somewhere in San Diego, yes he is practically my neighbor and this guy I'm sure wasn't building IED's and other types of bombs just for the fun of it, though as of yet they don't know what his targets may have been but he is obviously a domestic terrorist with an agenda.

So is George Jakubec a want to be Timothy McVeigh and Terry Nichols, of the Oklahoma City Bombing? It seems so and the worst part is that the US Government thinks they have the majority of possible domestic terrorists pinpointed, yet this guy has been slipping under the FBI and ATF radar for years. We have been doing pretty good at stopping the international terrorists, like the teenage suspect in the Portland tree lighting bombing plot captured earlier this week. Now it seems our week spot is getting a handle on domestic terrorists.
